▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing rapid in situ luminous algae graphene-coated silicon carbide microsphere comprises e.g. (i) ultrasonically dispersing silicon carbide powder in liquid medium to form suspension, (ii) focusing the laser beam with convex lens and irradiating suspension at room temperature and cooling surrounding liquid environment to achieve growth of silicon carbide epitaxial graphene, stripping part of outer graphene sheet and irregular spherical spheroid, and (iii) centrifugating suspension, separating, pickling, and drying precipitate to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing rapid in situ luminous algae graphene-coated silicon carbide microsphere. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple in operation and has low cost and high product purity; and carbide microspheres show excellent dispersion stability, anti-wear and anti-friction performance in lubricating oil. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing rapid in situ luminous algae graphene-coated silicon carbide microsphere comprises (i) ultrasonically dispersing silicon carbide powder in liquid medium to form suspension, (ii) focusing the laser beam with convex lens and irradiating suspension at room temperature so that the silicon carbide nanoparticles under dual action of light and heat of laser irradiation and rapid cooling surrounding liquid environment to achieve growth of silicon carbide epitaxial graphene, stripping part of outer graphene sheet and irregular spherical spheroid, and (iii) centrifugating suspension, separating, pickling, and drying precipitate to obtain final product.
