NOVELTY - Preparing ultraviolet curing nano aluminum phosphate and graphene oxide anti-corrosion coating comprises (a) diluting concentrated phosphoric acid with distilled water, adding aluminum hydroxide, stirring until a viscous transparent colloid is formed, adding graphene oxide aqueous solution to the colloid, diluting, adding concentrated aqueous ammonia water drop wise to adjust the PH value of the system to 5 at room temperature to obtain the aqueous dispersion of nano aluminum phosphate/graphene oxide composite pigment, (b) adding part of the epoxy resin to the aqueous dispersion obtained in step (a), stirring uniformly, allowing to stand, layering to remove the water layer, washing multiple times with distilled water, vacuum drying to remove moisture to obtain a color paste rich in composite pigments and (c) mixing remaining epoxy resin and epoxy acrylate uniformly, adding the color paste obtained in step (b), adding the photoinitiator and mixing uniformly and stirring evenly. USE - The method is useful for preparing ultraviolet curing nano aluminum phosphate and graphene oxide anti-corrosion coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing ultraviolet curing nano aluminum phosphate and graphene oxide anti-corrosion coating comprises a nano aluminum phosphate/graphene oxide composite pigments, epoxy resin, epoxy acrylate, and photoinitiator in a ratio of 1-20:100:1-30:1-10. The epoxy resin comprises alicyclic epoxy resin, glycidyl ether type epoxy resin and bisphenol A type epoxy resin in a weight ratio of 100:20-70:5-70. The epoxy acrylate comprises bisphenol A epoxy acrylate, novolac epoxy acrylate and/or epoxidized oil acrylate. The photoinitiator comprises cationic photoinitiator, a cleavage type photoinitiator and a photosensitive sensitizer in a ratio of 100:30-100:5-50. The method comprises (a) diluting concentrated phosphoric acid with distilled water (3 times), adding aluminum hydroxide, where the ratio of phosphoric acid to aluminum hydroxide is 2.8-3.1:1, stirring, increasing the temperature to 70-100 degrees C, continuing the stirring until a viscous transparent colloid is formed, adding a graphene oxide aqueous solution (0.005-0.1%)to the colloid for dilution, diluting by 20-40 times, adding concentrated aqueous ammonia water drop wise to adjust the PH value of the system to 5 at room temperature and increasing the temperature to 70-85 degrees C for 3-5 hours to obtain the aqueous dispersion of nano aluminum phosphate/graphene oxide composite pigment, (b) adding part of the epoxy resin to the aqueous dispersion obtained in step (a), stirring uniformly, allowing to stand, layering to remove the water layer, washing multiple times with distilled water, vacuum drying to remove moisture to obtain a color paste rich in composite pigments and (c) mixing the remaining epoxy resin and epoxy acrylate uniformly, adding the color paste obtained in step (b), adding the photoinitiator and mixing uniformly and stirring evenly.
