NOVELTY - Preparing foam material for shoes with nanopore comprises mixing and injecting components in the nylon elastomer composite material to obtain nylon elastomer composite material, immersing the nylon elastomer composite material to equilibrium under a carbon dioxide high pressure fluid atmosphere, where the saturation temperature of the immersion to equilibrium is -30degrees Celsius to 100degrees Celsius, saturation pressure is 5-60 MPa, then quickly releasing the pressure, drying and aging to obtain foam material for shoes with nanopore. The nylon elastomer composite material includes 50-100 pts. wt. nylon elastomer resin, 0-50 pts. wt. other thermoplastic elastomer resins, 0.5-3 pts. wt. nano-nucleating agent, 0-0.6 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0-1.2 pts. wt. stearic acid, and 0-0.6 pts. wt. cell stabilizer. USE - The material is useful in preparing the soles of sports shoes (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material: ensures high hardness; has high resilience, low compression set and high tensile strength; reduces the weight of sports shoes; has excellent mechanical properties and durability; is shorter and more efficient.
