NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-titanium dioxide microsphere, comprises placing the graphite in the mixed solution composed of concentrated sulfuric acid and potassium permanganate, ultrasonically stirring for 0.5-5 hours at 20-60 degrees C, washing and filtering the obtained product, drying and placing in the muffle furnace, processing for 0.1-6 hours at high temperature of 600-1200 degrees C, in nitrogen atmosphere to obtain expanded graphite product, dissolving the product expanded graphite in the de-ionized water, adding 0.1-5 wt.% surfactant, ultrasonic stirring for 0.1-2 hours, gradually adding proper titanium source in the solution, where the mass ratio of the titanium source and the expanded graphite precursor is 0.1-20:1, ultrasonically stirring for 0.5-4 hours. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-titanium dioxide microsphere. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the electronic conductance of the material; adopts spray drying method to perform secondary granulation to the precursor, which improves the tap density of the product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-titanium dioxide microsphere, comprises (1) placing the graphite in the mixed solution composed of concentrated sulfuric acid and potassium permanganate, ultrasonically stirring for 0.5-5 hours at 20-60 degrees C, washing and filtering the obtained product, drying and placing in the muffle furnace, processing for 0.1-6 hours at high temperature of 600-1200 degrees C, in nitrogen atmosphere to obtain expanded graphite product, (2) dissolving the product expanded graphite in the de-ionized water, adding 0.1-5 wt.% surfactant, ultrasonic stirring for 0.1-2 hours, gradually adding proper titanium source in the solution, where the mass ratio of the titanium source and the expanded graphite precursor is 0.1-20:1, ultrasonically stirring for 0.5-4 hours, adding aqueous ammonia, water and titanium source in the ratio of 1 -10: 1, continuously ultrasonically stirring for 0.5-4 hours, spray drying the mixed solution, placing the obtained product in muffle furnace under special atmosphere protection at 600-1200 degrees C, for 0.1-6 hours, washing the obtained product by diluted acid or diluted alkali and de-ionized aqueous solution for many many times, drying for 0.5-8 hours in a vacuum drying oven to obtain graphene-titanium dioxide microsphere.
