NOVELTY - Heat dissipation product formed by (a) preparing dry-wet graphene flakes prepared above a certain purity using expandable graphite, (b) preparing a first mixture by mixing resin with solvent, (c) preparing a second mixture by mixing graphene flakes, carbon nanotubes, dispersant and surfactant, (d) preparing a heat dissipation ink containing graphene flakes by mixing second mixture with the first mixture, and (e) forming a heat dissipation coating layer by coating and thermally curing the heat dissipation ink based on the dry and wet graphene flakes on a heat dissipation product. The heat dissipation product is formed by forming a heat dissipation coating layer with dry and wet graphene flake heat dissipation ink. USE - Used as heat dissipation product. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, produces dry-wet graphene flakes from graphite in a short time with high yield, and environmentally friendly heat dissipation ink having high thermal emissivity, low temperature and rapid heat treatment, does not discharge volatile organic compounds (VOCs) during ink coating, does not use formaldehyde and volatile organic solvents, and maximizes the heat release rate by compensating for the very slow heat release rate of the structural material.
