NOVELTY - Degradable plastic tray comprises 85-95 pts. wt. polybutylene succinate resin, 25-30 pts. wt. graphene composite modified starch, 3-6 pts. wt. plasticizer, 18-25 pts. wt. nano-inorganic filler, 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. antioxidant 1010, 1-1.5 pts. wt. lubricant, 0.6-1.2 pts. wt. titanate coupling agent and 3-5 pts. wt. calcium carbonate. USE - Used as degradable plastic tray. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the processing performance and degradability of the degradable plastic tray. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing the tray, comprising (i) adding the raw materials into drying box and drying at 80 degrees C for 35 minutes, adding into stirrer, uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain dry mixed raw material; (ii) adding dry mixed material into double-screw extruder for melting and extruding to obtain hot sheet; and (iii) forming hot sheet by the plastic sucking machine and cutting to obtain product.
