NOVELTY - Corrosion resistant aluminum alloy cable comprises cable core and a sheath. The sheath is sleeved outside the cable core. The sheath comprises 50-70 pts. wt. fluorine rubber particles, 10-12 pts. wt. nano-tin dioxide, 3-10 pts. wt. nano zinc oxide, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene micro-sheet, 1-3 pts. wt. mica powder, 1-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 5-10 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, and 1-5 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - The alloy cable is useful in urban underground power grid, power station lead-out circuit, internal power supply of industrial and mining enterprises and underwater power transmission line of river-crossing sea. ADVANTAGE - The alloy cable: has excellent corrosion resistance, chemical stability, chemical corrosion resistance and strength, and mechanical property and conductivity, and excellent high-concentration acid and alkaline and waterproof performance, and improved dispersibility of the nano-tin dioxide and nano-zinc oxide in the sheath raw material.
