NOVELTY - Preparing single-component aqueous hybrid electromagnetic shielding coating involves preparing a mixed monomer and a step of preparing a catalyst solution, the mixed monomer comprises epoxy resin, silane coupling agent modified aqueous graphene dispersion and acrylic monomer, adding deionized water and buffering agent into the reaction kettle, adding surfactant, introducing inert gas protection, stirring and raising the temperature to the dropping temperature, dropping the mixed monomer and catalyst solution, after dropping, raising the temperature to the reaction temperature, preserving temperature and reacting, after finishing reaction, reducing the temperature to obtain the aqueous coating matrix resin emulsion, adding the aqueous graphene dispersion to the aqueous coating matrix resin emulsion according to the proportion, obtaining the single-component aqueous hybrid electromagnetic shielding coating. USE - Method for preparing single-component aqueous hybrid electromagnetic shielding coating. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare single-component aqueous hybrid electromagnetic shielding coating with excellent conductive performance, electromagnetic shielding performance and anti-corrosion performance.
