NOVELTY - High heat, shock and impact resistant modified polypropylene (MPP) power protective pipe comprises 80-120 pts. wt. MPP, 20-30 pts. wt. melamine resin, 0.1-2 pts. wt. nucleating agent, 10-15 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 2-6 pts. wt. graphene, 3-5 pts. wt. glass fiber, 3-7 pts. wt. nano silicon powder, 0.1-1 pts. wt. calcium stearate, 4-8 pts. wt. magnesium salt whisker, 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant and 20-50 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - The protective pipe is useful in preparing power cable (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The protective pipe has improved high-temperature stability, increased strength and impact stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing h heat, shock and impact resistant MPP power impact protective pipe comprising (i) adding raw materials into a high-speed mixer and mixing uniformly, and then discharging to obtain mixed material, (ii) blending mixed material, extruding by twin-screw extruder and pelletizing to obtain granular material, and (iii) adding step (ii) obtained granular material into a extrusion molding machine, and then extrusion molding to obtain final product.
