▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Aqueous graphene conductive ink comprises 60-70 %mass conductive paste, 18-20 %mass acrylic resin and 1-5 %mass graphene. The conductive paste comprises 3-10 %mass conductive agent, 1-10 %mass graphite powder and 1-5 %mass dispersant. The conductive agent comprises dopamine-modified carbon nanotubes and oxidized conductive carbon black in a mass ratio of 1:(1-2). USE - The aqueous graphene conductive ink is useful in the preparation of lithium-ion batteries (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The conductive ink utilizes the two-dimensional sheet structure of graphene material to be stacked layer by layer to form a continuous and dense conductive network, where the sheet-like structure of graphene facilitates the self-assembled structure of the resin and helps to form a continuous conductive network. The conductive ink introduces the conductive paste to fill the gaps in the stacking process of the lamellae, so that the conductive ink forms a continuous conductive path along the direction of the applied electric field, and has excellent conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the aqueous graphene conductive ink, involving adding an anti-settling agent, a wetting and dispersing agent, a defoamer and a leveling agent to the acrylic resin to obtain a mixture, and then adding the graphene, the conductive paste and a thickener to the mixture to obtain the product.
