NOVELTY - A structure comprises substrate (10), and graphene (12) having nucleus (11A) to which cross-sectional area of direction parallel to substrate becomes small as it separates from substrate to surface side of substrate, helical form towards the direction away from the surface of substrate, and width in direction along the surface of substrate and expands from surface of nucleus where dimension of width becomes small as it separates from surface of substrate.
