NOVELTY - Graphene modified aqueous epoxy anti-corrosion paint comprises e.g. 40-50 wt.% aqueous epoxy emulsion, 4-8 wt.% aqueous zinc phosphate, 5-10 wt.% mica iron oxide red, 4-8 wt.% aqueous phosphorus molybdate, 1-2 wt.% nano zinc oxide, 10-15 wt.% red iron oxide, 0.5-2 wt.% graphene, 1-2 wt.% fumed silica, 1-2 wt.% organic corrosion inhibitor, 1-2 wt.% antirust agent 179, 0.3-0.5 wt.% pH regulator AMP-95 (RTM: Multifunctional additive) and 20-25 wt.% deionized water as component A, and 100 wt.% aqueous epoxy curing agent 6870 as component B. USE - Used as graphene modified aqueous epoxy anti-corrosion paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint: has excellent physical properties and chemical resistance, salt spray resistance, tough and wear-resistance, strong adhesion, construction and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene modified aqueous epoxy anti-corrosion paint comprises 40-50 wt.% aqueous epoxy emulsion, 4-8 wt.% aqueous zinc phosphate, 5-10 wt.% mica iron oxide red, 4-8 wt.% aqueous phosphorus molybdate, 1-2 wt.% nano zinc oxide, 10-15 wt.% red iron oxide, 0.5-2 wt.% graphene, 1-2 wt.% fumed silica, 1-2 wt.% organic corrosion inhibitor, 1-2 wt.% antirust agent 179, 0.3-0.6 wt.% BYK-190 (RTM: Dispersing agent), 0.3-0.5 wt.% wetting agent 1008, 0.5-1.5 wt.% defoamer BYK-011, 0.3-0.5 wt.% suds suppressor 7580, 0.3-1.5 wt.% anti-sagging additives BYK420, 0.3-0.5 wt.% pH regulator AMP-95 (RTM: Multifunctional additive) and 20-25 wt.% deionized water as component A, and 100 wt.% aqueous epoxy curing agent 6870 as component B, where weigh ratio between component A and component B is 4:1. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for detection method of graphene modified aqueous epoxy anti-corrosion paint comprising (i) adjusting spraying viscosity by using deionized water, (ii) adjusting spraying viscosity to 40-50 s (coating 4 cups) and spraying 2-3 paths, and (iii) placing sample in thermostat at 25 degrees C for 48 hours to test performance.
