NOVELTY - The collector has a two-dimensional planar substrate and patterned heterojunction array that are constructed on a surface. The patterned heterojunction array shape is uniform and is provided with a lithium affinity. An area ratio of a patterned heterojunction array region to the surface of the modified planar current collector is 0.5-0.9:1. A distance between two adjacent heterojunctions in the patterned heterojunction array is 0.25-1 of a lateral dimension of each pattern. A semiconductor material is selected from metal oxides or metal nitrides. USE - Modified plane current collector used in lithium electrode for lithium battery. (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The surface energy of the plane substrate material is adjusted, and the wettability with the electrolyte is enhanced. The uniform and compact lithium deposition is realized, and the whole energy density is improved. The collector is simple to operate, easy to repeatedly homogenize preparation, easy to realize the construction of ultra-thin lithium foil material, and avoids the use of lithium battery excess lithium.
