NOVELTY - The method involves reacting composition with 0.01-50 wt.% graphene. A carbon compound is provided in the composition. The carbon compound is selected from graphene oxide. A carbon nanotube is provided with a carbon-metal composite and mixed with 0.01-50 wt.% metal precursor, 0.5-20 wt.% reducing agent and 1-99 wt.% solvent. The reducing agent is selected from ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, 1,2- propylene glycol, triethyleneglycol, tetraethylene glycol, 1,3- propylene glycol or glycerol. USE - Method for manufacturing a carbon-metal composite. ADVANTAGE - The method enables returning the graphene oxide and metal oxide on the carbon nanotube by using the reducing agent, so that processing time of the carbon-metal composite is reduced. The method enables utilizing toxic material with hydrazine so as to reduce occurrence of environmental contamination. The method enables applying the reducing agent and the metal precursor with high-boiling, so that resistance value of the carbon-metal composite can be lowered. The method enables patterning ink or paste on the carbon - metal composite in a better manner.
