NOVELTY - The composition comprises nanographene oxide-polyurethane nanofibers scaffold, where the nano-graphene oxide is provided as a polymer structural unit, which comprises anhydrosugar alcohol, polyol and polyisocyanate. The polyol is selected from polycarbonate diol, polycaprolactone diol and polyether polyol, which is obtained by polymerizing the polyol with a vinyl compound. USE - Composition used in composition for treating muscle loss disease. ADVANTAGE - The composition has improved mechanical properties such as hydrophilicity, elasticity and stress relaxation ability, and has soft tissue regeneration effect such as muscle without cytotoxicity, so it is effective in muscle reduction diseases.
