▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The apparatus has a graphene layer that is formed adjacently in the electrode. The patterned electrode is formed adjacently in the support layer. The support layer is formed into the silicone rubber, glass, and polyethylene terephthalate film or wafer. The silicone rubber is polydimethylsiloxane. The electrode is selected from aluminum, copper, platinum and chromium/gold. USE - Apparatus for manufacturing cell sheet. ADVANTAGE - The cell viability is improved using nano particle, and the efficiency of the cell sheet manufacturing apparatus is improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for cell sheet manufacturing method, involves forming the nickel layer on the silicon wafer. The electrode layer is formed on the nickel layer. The electrode layer is patterned. The graphene layer is formed on the patterned electrode layer. The adhesion layer is formed on the graphene layer. The nickel layer is etched, and the silicon wafer is removed and separated. The adhesion layer is removed, and separated adhesion layer/graphene layer/electrode layer are adhered to the silicone rubber layer.
