NOVELTY - Method for preparing carbide cotton cloth loaded with ruthenium pentachloride and graphene composite material involves (a) processing the cotton cloth with acetone and ethanol, washing the cloth with distilled water and drying, (b) dipping the dried cotton cloth into the graphene oxide solution, drying in the drum air drying box, repeatedly dipping and drying operation for many times, (c) placing into a tubular furnace filled with inert gas, calcining at high temperature to obtain a product A-carbonized cotton cloth that is loaded with graphene material, (d) placing the product A into the rutphenium pentacheloride solution, introducing alkaline solution under the magnetic stirring, making the solution reach neutral, using distilled water to wash and drying and (e) introducing dried product into a tube furnace with an inert gas. USE - Preparation method of flexible super capacitor electrode with excellent electrochemical performance used in electronic products and energy storage device of electric vehicle. Uses include but are not limited to double electric layer capacitor (EDLC) and pseudo capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method provides flexible super capacitor electrode with excellent electrochemical performance, high yield, low price, and has a certain conductive effect after being carbonized. The material prepared by the method can prevent ruthenium(IV) oxide nano-particle aggregation and graphene stack, it also helps to improve the electronic conductivity of ruthenium(IV) oxide, which is better for charge storage, the specific capacitance of the electrode is improved. In addition, the carrier with flexible carbonized cotton fabric as active substance can improve the conductivity and practicability.
