NOVELTY - Glass fiber reinforced plastic material comprises 100 pts. wt. epoxy-modified polypyrazolo (1,5-A) -1,3,5-triazine-2,4 (1H, 3H) -dione 3,3-difluoro- (1,1-coupling benzene) -4, 4-dicarboxylic acid ester, 6-10 pts. wt. 1,3,5,7-tetra (4-aminophenyl) adamantane, 15-20 pts. wt. glass fiber powder, 3-6 pts. wt. graphene fiber, 10-15 pts. wt. inorganic filler, and 5-10 pts. wt. release agent. USE - Glass fiber reinforced plastic material used for relief molding. ADVANTAGE - The glass fiber reinforced plastic material has better comprehensive performance, better high temperature resistance and wear resistance, has better oxidation resistance, flame retardancy, mechanical properties, water resistance, stronger toughness, not easily damaged, and has long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing glass fiber reinforced plastic material, which involves: (A) coating the release agent, first cleaning the inner surface of the mold clean; (B) applying uniformly the release agent in the mold cavity to form a release agent layer, so that the release of the finished product is smooth; (C) forming a mixture after the raw materials are uniformly mixed in proportion; (D) adding the mixture to a mold through which the mold release agent is applied; (E) melt-molding at a high temperature, cooling to room temperature, demoulding; and (F) trimming to obtain the fiber reinforced plastic material for relief molding.
