NOVELTY - The battery comprises a first transparent electrode, an N-type silicon thin layer, a P-type silicon substrate and a second transparent electrode. The outer surface of first transparent electrode, N-type silicon thin layer, P-type silicon substrate and second transparent electrode is covered with a shell layer. The shell layer comprises hard layer, a fireproof layer, a thermal insulating layer and a buffer layer. The inner side of hard layer is fixedly installed with a fireproof layer. The inner side of fireproof layer is fixedly provided with a thermal insulating layer. The inner side of insulating layer is fixedly installed with a buffer layer, where the fireproof layer is any one of perchloroethylene, chlorinated rubber, epoxy resin and phenolic resin, the fireproof layer is doped with aluminum borate, and the material of insulating layer is any one of Extruded polystyrene foam (XPS), Polyurethane Foam (PUF) and Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET). USE - Used as graphene battery. ADVANTAGE - The battery: improves ability of electrode collecting current through light transmittance of transparent substrate, and auxiliary of graphene layer and conductive layer; protects the graphene battery through hard layer; avoids the damage; also improves fireproof effect; also avoids that the temperature is too high; and also improves service life of battery and fittings.
