USE - Porphyrin-nitrogen-doped reduced graphene nonlinear optical material for precision optical sensitive device and laser protection of human eye. ADVANTAGE - The porphyrin-nitrogen-doped reduced graphene optical material has excellent nonlinear absorption effect and nonlinear normalized transmittance of 0.33. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A porphyrin-nitrogen-doped reduced graphene nonlinear optical material of formula (I) comprises porphyrin which is covalently modified on surface of nitrogen-doped reduced graphene. A=group of formula (a). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of porphyrin-nitrogen-doped reduced graphene nonlinear optical material, which involves preparing reduced graphene by Hummers oxidation method, suspending the reduced graphene in an organic solvent for 20-30 minutes, adding porphyrin and iodine, stirring under nitrogen atmosphere for 10-20 minutes, adding an organic base, heating, reacting for 2-5 days, cooling, filtering, and washing.
