NOVELTY - Preparing 2-isopropylphenyl methyl carbamate fluorescent molecularly imprinted polymer involves preparing and purifying graphene quantum dots by weighing 20mg carbon nanofibers and 500mg sodium hydroxide, mixing with agate mortar, and transferring to a clean 25mL bowl. After heating in a muffle furnace at 350 degrees for 5 h, the reactor is cooled to room temperature, the resulting solid is dissolved in ultrapure water and centrifuged at 8000 r/min for 10 min to remove large particles of unreacted material, the supernatant is dialyzed to neutrality using a MWCO 1000 dialysis bag. USE - Method for preparing 2-isopropylphenyl methyl carbamate fluorescent molecularly imprinted polymer. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare 2-isopropylphenyl methyl carbamate fluorescent molecularly imprinted polymer in simple operation, convenient use, has improved product quality and comprehensive performance, fluorescent properties and uniquely identifies the binding site of the target analyte, which is helpful in separation and detection of samples in complex environments. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing 2-isopropylphenyl methyl carbamate fluorescent molecularly imprinted polymer involves preparing and purifying graphene quantum dots by weighing 20mg carbon nanofibers and 500mg sodium hydroxide, mixing with agate mortar, and transferring to a clean 25mL bowl. After heating in a muffle furnace at 350 degrees for 5 h, the reactor is cooled to room temperature, the resulting solid is dissolved in ultrapure water and centrifuged at 8000 r/min for 10 min to remove large particles of unreacted material, the supernatant is dialyzed to neutrality using a MWCO 1000 dialysis bag. The solution after dialysis is freeze-dried to obtain a brown-yellow graphene quantum dot powder. The 2-isopropylphenyl methyl carbamate fluorescence molecularly imprinted polymer is prepared by taking 25-mL round-bottomed flask, adding 75 mg isopropanol, 5 mL toluene, and 5 mL liquid paraffin and completely dissolving by magnetic stirring. 50mg graphene quantum dots are added, magnetic stirring reaction is performed for 30 minutes, 35mg methacrylic acid is added and reaction is stirred for 3h. 500 mu L of the cross-linking agent trimethylolpropane triacrylate is added, and 20 mg of initiator azobisisobutyronitrile is added and shaken for 30 min. Oxygen is purged with nitrogen for 10 min, and the bottle is sealed and placed in a thermostatic water bath at 70 degrees C to initiate polymerization for 24 h until the precipitation is complete. The precipitate is removed and cooled to room temperature, pulverized with a mortar, and pass with 125 mu m sieve. The polymer is wrapped in filter paper and placed in the Soxhlet extractor. A mixed solvent of glacial acetic acid and methanol is used as extractant, continuous extraction is carried out for 24 h, during which time the extractant is replaced twice and washed until no template molecular isocyanide is used. The solution is washed with methanol until neutral and dried in vacuum at 60 degrees C for 24 h to obtain 2-isopropylphenyl methyl carbamate fluorescent molecularly imprinted polymer.
