NOVELTY - Synthesis of graphene oxide-modified fatty acid amide includes one-step method to prepare functional polyether dispersant by mixing halohydrin or halogenated acid with an acid catalyst, introducing ethylene oxide, carrying out temperature controlled reaction, after the reaction is finished, cooling, adding potassium carbonate or potassium hydroxide solution, heating at 50 degrees C, keeping the temperature for 2 hours, taking the supernatant, adding phosphoric acid (H3PO4) to adjust the pH to neutral, adding a refining agent for refining, carrying out suction filtration, taking the clear liquid, and obtaining refined polyether with double terminal hydroxy groups, respectively carrying out solvent replacement on the graphene oxide powder by a proton solvent and aprotic solvent, removing water in the graphene oxide powder, and transferring the graphene oxide powder into 30 ml acetonitrile. USE - The method is for synthesis of graphene oxide-modified fatty acid amide used for metal cutting solution (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The dispersed graphene oxide has high stability and agglomeration, so that the metal cutting solution has good processing performance.
