NOVELTY - Fluorocarbon coating comprises first component and a second component. The first component comprising 50-80 pts. wt. aqueous fluorocarbon resin, 0.1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 1-8 pts. wt. film forming aid, 0.1-1 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.1-1 pts. wt. substrate wetting agent, 0.1-1 pts. wt. leveling agent, and 0.1-1.5 pts. wt. emulsion thickener. The second component comprising 70-100 wt.% curing agent, where graphene-based substance comprises graphene or its derivatives . The curing agent is isocyanate curing agent, and a molar ratio of a hydroxy group in the aqueous fluorocarbon resin to an isocyanate group in the curing agent is 1:1-1.8. USE - Used as fluorocarbon coating. ADVANTAGE - The fluorocarbon coating has corrosion resistance performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing a fluorocarbon coating, comprises mixing a raw materials first component comprising 50-80 pts. wt. aqueous fluorocarbon resin, 0.1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 1-8 pts. wt. film forming aid, 0.1-1 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.1-1 pts. wt. substrate wetting agent, 0.1-1 pts. wt. leveling agent, and 0.1-1.5 pts. wt. emulsion thickener. The second component comprising 70-100 wt.% curing agent, where graphene-based substance comprises graphene or its derivatives . The curing agent is isocyanate curing agent, and a molar ratio of a hydroxy group in the aqueous fluorocarbon resin to an isocyanate group in the curing agent is 1:1-1.8; and (2) coating method, comprising forming a coating substrate on component to be coated, and coating surface of coating substrate with the fluorocarbon coating.
