▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A composite electrode material includes partially reduced graphene oxide (pRGO)-6-aminonaphthalene-2-sulphonic acid (ANSA) and metal nanoparticles. The mass ratio of pRGO with respect to ANSA in pRGO-ANSA is 1:2-2:1. The content of pRGO in composite electrode material is 0.0025-0.02 %mass. The particle size of metal sodium rice grain is 50 nm or less. The metal nanoparticles coat the surface of the pRGO-ANSA. USE - Composite electrode material is used for quantitative electrochemical analysis of fluoroquinolone drug e.g. ofloxacin, lomefloxacin, ciprofloxacin, norfloxacin and pefloxacin (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite electrode material has excellent solubility, sensitivity and selectivity, large specific surface area, and strong electron-conducting capability and biocompatibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of composite electrode material; and (2) application of composite electrode material for quantitative electrochemical analysis of fluoroquinolone drug.
