▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Photoelectrode comprises a graphene oxide sheet made of fluorine-doped tin oxide; and a composite coating layer containing three-dimensional crumpled graphene, graphene sheet and titanium dioxide nanoparticles formed on the graphene oxide sheet. The three-dimensional crumpled graphene is present in an amount of 0.003-0.03 wt.% based on titanium dioxide nanoparticles. USE - The photoelectrode is useful for dye-sensitized solar cells (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The photoelectrode prevents decrease in efficiency of solar cell, electron mobility, light intensity, dye carrying capacity (claimed), and electron-hole binding by reducing resistance at interface; and minimize loss of light. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing photoelectrode, comprising (a) preparing paste by mixing three-dimensional crumpled graphene, graphene oxide sheet and titanium dioxide nanoparticles; dispersing the mixture in solvent and binder; adding alcohol; and stirring, and (b) preparing photoelectrode by forming composite coating layer by coating the prepared paste on a transparent substrate, drying the coated transparent substrate, and heat processing the dried coated transparent substrate.
