NOVELTY - Adhesive tape comprises a release film, a first adhesive layer, a base material layer, a second adhesive layer, and a foam layer, where the base material layer is prepared by adding e.g. polyethylene terephthalate polyester slice, graphite, and modified filling agent in the organic solvent, heating, reacting, cooling and coiling, the adhesive composition of the first adhesive layer is prepared by adding e.g. tripropylene glycol diacrylate, terpene resin, and maleic acid rosin stirring, adding toughening agent phthalic acid ester, stirring and dissolving, the adhesive composition of the second adhesive layer is prepared by adding e.g. acrylate, maleated rosin to toluene and ethyl acetate, adding toughening agent phthalic acid ester, stirring and dissolving, and stirring, the foam layer is prepared by mixing polyethylene particles, thermoplastic polyurethane particles, graphene, azodicarbonamide, mixing, and irradiating. USE - The tape is useful for fixing flexible circuit board (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The tape: integrates impedance, shading and shock-proof function; is suitable for different angle bending of the flexible circuit board; is highly jointed and has excellent high temperature resistance and aging resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Adhesive tape comprises a release film, a first adhesive layer, a base material layer, a second adhesive layer, and a foam layer, where the base material layer is prepared by adding 80-100 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate polyester slice, 10-15 pts. wt. dioctyl phthalate, 15-20 pts. wt. vinyl MQ silicon resin, 10-15 pts. wt. graphite, 5-8 pts. wt. modified filling agent (modified silica nanoparticle and modified glass fiber in a weight ratio of 1: 1) and 1-2 pts. wt. tetraisopropyl titanate to 100 pts. wt. toluene and ethyl acetate in a weight ratio of 1: 1 in the organic solvent, stirring and dispersing uniformly, then heating to 90-100degrees Celsius, reacting for 6-8 hours, then cooling, filtering, washing, drying to obtain crystals, adding the crystals into a double-screw extruder, melting and extruding at 170-200degrees Celsius, then passing through a longitudinal pulling machine and a transverse pulling machine, stretching for 10-20 times along the longitudinal and transverse direction, then heat setting under the tension stat cooling and coiling, the adhesive composition of the first adhesive layer is prepared by adding 50-60 pts. wt. tripropylene glycol diacrylate, 30-35 pts. wt. terpene resin, 35-40 pts. wt. maleic acid rosin, 5-7 pts. wt. vinyl MQ silicon resin, 3-5 pts. wt. dimethyl polysiloxane with viscosity of 20 mPa.s to 100 pts. wt. toluene and ethyl acetate in a weight ratio of 1: 1 of organic solvent, stirring and dissolving at 40-60degrees Celsius completely, then adding 3-5 pts. wt. 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenylacetone, continuously stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding 1-2 pts. wt. toughening agent phthalic acid ester, stirring and dissolving for 20-30 minutes, adding 2-3 pts. wt. isocyanate crosslinking agent L-45, stirring for 20-30 minutes to obtain the first adhesive composition, the adhesive composition of the second adhesive layer is prepared by adding 50-55 pts. wt. acrylate, 12-15 pts. wt. microcrystalline wax, 25-30 pts. wt. Fischer-Tamphi wax, 35-40 pts. wt. maleated rosin, 6-8 pts. wt. trialkyl borate, adding to 100 pts. wt. toluene and ethyl acetate in a weight ratio of 1:1 of organic solvent, stirring and dissolving completely at 40-60degrees Celsius, then adding 1-2 pts. wt. toughening agent phthalic acid ester, 2-3 pts. wt. 2, 6-toluene diisocyanate curing agent and 1-2 pts. wt. acetanilide blocked isocyanate curing agent, stirring and dissolving for 20-30 minutes adding 2-3 pts. wt. isocyanate crosslinking agent L-45, stirring for 20-30 minutes to obtain the second adhesive composition, the foam layer is prepared by mixing polyethylene particles, thermoplastic polyurethane particles, graphene, azodicarbonamide in a weight ratio of 150: 10-12: 1-2: 2-4, mixing in a double-screw extruder to obtain the mother sheet, irradiating the prepared mother sheet by gamma ray with the irradiation amount of 60 kGy to obtain the foam layer. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing adhesive tape comprising (i) preparing base material layer, (ii) preparing adhesive composition of the first adhesive layer, (iii) preparing adhesive composition of the second adhesive layer, (iv) preparing foam layer, and (v) coating the adhesive composition of the first and second adhesive layer on two sides of the base material layer, then sticking the release film, rolling to obtain the semi-finished product, coating the semifinished product with a release film of one side of the adhesive composition of the second adhesive composition, using a laminating machine to clamp the foam layer to heat, ensuring the thermal bonding temperature of 70-80degrees Celsius, and then rolling after cooling.
