▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves configuring the water suspension and dispersant of silicon dioxide. The layered graphite and dispersant are added to an aqueous suspension of silica. A shearing device is used to fully shear and disperse the layered graphite. The aqueous suspension of silica and the graphene are dried and calcined to obtain a graphene composite material. A shearing device is provided with an outer cylinder (101), an oblique knife (102), an inner cylinder (201) and a straight knife (202). Multiple oblique knives are uniformly distributed on the outer cylinder in a ring shape. The inner cylinder is provided with multiple straight knives in a ring shape. USE - Preparation method of graphene composite material used in electronic, sensor, catalysis and energy fields. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene composite material, which has excellent mechanical strength, thermal stability, chemical stability, and thermal conductivity, and is easy to handle, and can be prepared in a simple and cost-effective manner, and provides graphene composite materials with high quality and high yield.
