NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene-coated aluminum or aluminum alloy heat sink involves coating aluminum or aluminum alloy with graphene powder, and compressing the aluminum or aluminum alloy coated with the graphene powder to prepare graphene-coated aluminum or aluminum alloy having a graphene powder coating layer thickness of 0.5 to 10 mu m. USE - Manufacture of graphene-coated aluminum or aluminum alloy heat sink (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method easily dissipates heat by improving thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity, and produces lightweight graphene-coated aluminum or aluminum alloy heat sink.
