NOVELTY - A target (4) containing N-layered graphene is placed between anode (2) and cathode (3), in a hydrogen medium (1), and electrically connected with the cathode, in order to manufacture graphene and graphene-like material. The hydrogen medium contains water or electrolytic solution. The target has a potential lower than anode potential. USE - Manufacture of graphene and graphene-like material used in hydrogen fuel cells for electric vehicles. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, increases the rate of graphene hydrogenation reactions and reduces the mass production cost of graphene fuel cells.
