NOVELTY - Preparing anti-crack coating material involves using base and a curing agent, mixing a compound having a functional group, graphene flake, and a solvent, and reacting the mixture to produce a functional graphene, injecting short fibers and a solvent into the produced functional graphene and homogenizing the functional graphene, subjecting the homogenized homogenate to a surface treatment to produce a functional graphene conjugate short fiber composition, mixing a water-soluble prepolymer with the functionalized graft-conjugated single-fiber composition to prepare a subject. USE - Method for preparing anti-crack coating material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare anti-crack coating material, which has excellent crack resistance and vibration resistance, abrasion resistance, moisture permeability, and is used for a long time without maintenance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing anti-crack coating material involves using base and a curing agent, mixing a compound having a functional group, graphene flake, and a solvent, and reacting the mixture to produce a functional graphene, injecting short fibers and a solvent into the produced functional graphene and homogenizing the functional graphene, subjecting the homogenized homogenate to a surface treatment to produce a functional graphene conjugate short fiber composition, mixing a water-soluble prepolymer with the functionalized graft-conjugated single-fiber composition to prepare a subject. The compound having a functional group is a polyamidoamine having an amine group and the water-soluble prepolymer is a polyol prepolymer having a hydroxyl group. The compound having a functional group is an isocyanate prepolymer having an isocyanate group and the water-soluble prepolymer is an epoxy prepolymer having an epoxy group, where the concrete crack resistance and the vibration resistance are complemented. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for using anti-crack coating material, which involves: (A) mixing curing agent and the base of the coating material at a weight ratio of 100: 3 to 20; (B) applying mixed paint to the concrete base surface, the mixed paint composition is applied to the release paper; and (C) bonding the release paper on which the paint is applied to the concrete base and drying the applied coating composition.
