NOVELTY - Three-dimensional graphene foam frame (ZnO/ZnFe2O4/GF) nano-composite material, is new. The composite material includes 3D-graphene foam frame and (ZnO/ZnFe2O4) nanoparticles uniformly distributed on the surface. USE - Used as three-dimensional graphene foam frame (ZnO/ZnFe2O4/GF) nano-composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, low cost and has good repeatability. The composite material improves catalytic capacity, exhibits good hydroquinone detection selectivity, and improves visual detection of hydroquinone environment specific application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing three-dimensional graphene foam frame (ZnO/ZnFe2O4/GF) nano-composite material, comprising (i) ultrasonically cleaning the foamed nickel with size of about 2/asterisk3 cm2 for 15 minutes, blow drying, immersing the washed foamed nickel in a graphene oxide dispersion containing ascorbic acid, heating in a water bath at 60-100 degrees C for 3-5 hours, and freeze-drying; (ii) etching the sample in a mixed solution of iron chloride and hydrochloric acid at 80 degrees C for 3-5 hours, and washing to obtain 3D-graphene foam; and (iii) immersing the 3D-graphene foam in a mixed solution of zinc nitrate and iron chloride containing urea using the hydrothermal method, heating in 150-200 degrees C water for 18 hours, freezing the product, and calcining in a nitrogen atmosphere at 450 degrees C for 3 hours using tube furnace.
