NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/feather composite material involves drawing 0.1-10% graphene-ethanol dispersion into a disposable syringe, slowly injecting the dispersion into a feather shaft of the feather until it fills the cavity inside the feather shaft, drying at room temperature for 24 hours, immersing the feathers in 0.01-10 %mass aqueous solution of graphene oxide for 60-120 minutes, repeatedly washing with deionized water and ethanol, and air-drying. USE - Preparation of graphene/feather composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces composite material having excellent UV resistance, antibacterial performance, thermal resistance and mechanical performance.
