NOVELTY - Sensitive unit comprises 1-35 pts. wt. magnetic nanofibers, 60-98 pts. wt. carbon materials and 1-5 pts. wt. strength-enhancing fibers, where the magnetic nanofibers, the carbon material and the strength-enhancing fibers are arranged in order in the sensitive unit by freezing orientation and magnetic field orientation. USE - Sensitive unit for use in a magnetic carbon-based flexible strain sensor of an intelligent wearable device for tactile perception, man-machine interaction strain sensor and medical health fields. ADVANTAGE - The carbon material and the strength reinforcing fiber are directionally guided so that they are orderly arranged in the sensitive unit, so as to improve the sensitivity of sensitive unit. The magnetic carbon-based flexible strain sensor can be produced in large scale, so the magnetic carbon based flexible strain sensors can be widely applied to the flexible wearable device, with good application prospect. The conductivity of the sensitive units can be improved, and the mechanical property of sensitive units to prolong the service life. The combination of magnetic nano fiber and strength reinforcing fibers, the carbon material can be better connected together, strengthening the connection of the conductive path.
