NOVELTY - Washable long-acting filtering graphene antibacterial mask comprises spunbonded non-woven fabric, graphene water electret melt-blown non-woven fabric, melt-blown non-woven fabric and spunbond non-woven fabric are sequentially stacked. USE - Antibacterial mask used as protective mask. ADVANTAGE - The antibacterial mask is durable and washable, has high bacteria filtration efficiency, excellent air permeability and water-washing air-permeability retention, and ensures high washing and reusing capability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the washable long-acting filtering graphene antibacterial mask, involving (a) adding graphene oxide to solvent, adding fluorosilane coupling agent for performing surface modification reaction to obtain modified graphene, and performing melt blending extrusion and granulation process on modified graphene, polypropylene resin and compatibilizing resin to obtain graphene antibacterial water electret masterbatch,(b) uniformly mixing graphene antibacterial water electret masterbatch with polypropylene resin, melt-blown spinning, drawing and cooling melt stream to obtain melt-blown non-woven fabric, performing spunlace spraying process on melt-blown non-woven fabric by high-pressure water flow for completing water electret, and performing hot air drying, slitting and winding process to obtain graphene water electret melt-blown non-woven fabric, and (c) cutting stacking order of spunbonded non-woven fabric, graphene water electret melt-blown non-woven fabric, melt-blown non-woven fabric and spunbond non-woven fabric to mask shape, and pressing to obtain washable long-acting filtering graphene antibacterial mask.
