N-phenylmaleimide, 3-10 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 10-15 pts. wt. 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, 5-10 pts. wt. heat conducting filler and 0.1-1 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Used as electronic material composition having balanced performance. ADVANTAGE - The composition has excellent thermal conductivity, heat resistance, higher melting point, excellent mechanical properties, melting point of 250-280 degrees C, and thermal conductivity of 55 W/m.K.
