▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a polyvinyl alcohol composite bone scaffold, where a mixed solution is obtained by using graphene oxide-coated silica and polyvinyl alcohol by magnetic stirring and ultrasonic dispersion. The mixed solution is filtered, dried, and mechanically ground to obtain a mixed powder. The mixed powder is prepared by a laser sintering process to obtain a polyvinyl alcohol composite bone scaffold. USE - Method for preparing a polyvinyl alcohol composite bone scaffold. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare a polyvinyl alcohol composite bone scaffold, which utilizes ethylenediamine-functionalized silica. The surface is made positively charged, and the negatively charged graphene oxide is used to coat the silica, for promoting the dispersion of the silica in the PVA matrix, for improving the mechanical properties of the composite scaffold.
