▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene/cobalt oxide wave absorbing material is prepared by adding 0.1 g graphene to 100 ml water, stirring for 2 hours, adding 10 ml 140 g/L cobalt(II) chloride hexahydrate and 10 ml 94 g/L aqueous sodium hydroxide solution, stirring for 2 hours, placing in PTFE-lined autoclave, adding 4 ml water and 30 mass% hydrogen peroxide, transferring to oven at 160 degrees C, reacting for 24 hours, cooling to room temperature, washing and preparing 100 ml solution using deionized water, adding 0.2 ml 80 mass% hydrazine hydrate solution, and reacting for 12 hours at 95 degrees C. USE - Preparation of graphene/cobalt oxide wave absorbing material using hydrothermal method (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Preparation method reduces number of oxygen-containing functional group of graphene oxide, and prepared product has excellent absorption performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene/cobalt oxide (Co3O4) wave absorbing material is prepared by adding 0.1 g graphene to 100 ml water, stirring for 2 hours, adding 10 ml 140 g/L cobalt(II) chloride hexahydrate and 10 ml 94 g/L aqueous sodium hydroxide solution, stirring for 2 hours, placing in PTFE-lined autoclave, adding 4 ml water and 30 mass% hydrogen peroxide, transferring to oven at 160 degrees C, reacting for 24 hours, cooling to room temperature, washing and preparing 100 ml solution using deionized water, adding 0.2 ml 80 mass% hydrazine hydrate solution, reacting for 12 hours at 95 degrees C, washing with ethanol and deionized water, and placing to vacuum drying oven at 60 degrees C for 24 hours.
