NOVELTY - Graphene heating water-based ink comprises 25-30 pts. wt. graphene, 35-45 pts. wt. resin binder, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. leveling agent, 5-8 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 3-5 pts. wt. onion carbon, 4-8 pts. wt. water-based thickener, 10-12 pts. wt. metal powder, 5-7 pts. wt. conductive particles, 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. quick-drying agent, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. water-based color paste, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. defoamer, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. pH regulator and 40-50 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Graphene heating water-based ink. ADVANTAGE - The graphene heating water-based ink prevents the oxidation of metal powder and improves the conductive heating performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene heating water-based ink, which involves: (A) subjecting metal powder to micron-level crushing treatment and nano-level crushing treatment to make metal micron-level ultrafine powder and metal nano-level ultrafine powder, dividing conductive particles into two equal portions, and marking them as first conductive particle and second conductive particle in turn, dividing deionized water into three portions according to the ratio of 1:1:5, and marking them as first deionized water, second deionized water and third deionized water in turn, adding metal micron-sized ultrafine powder, first conductive particles and first deionized water into ultrasonic disperser for ultrasonic dispersion treatment, and making first ultrasonic dispersion liquid for use, adding metal nano-scale ultrafine powder, second conductive particles and second deionized water into the ultrasonic disperser for ultrasonic dispersion treatment, and making second ultrasonic dispersion for use, adding first ultrasonic dispersion, second ultrasonic dispersion and aqueous thickener into ultrasonic oscillator for ultrasonic vibration treatment for 10-15 minutes, obtaining shaking mixture, adding graphene, resin binder, leveling agent, carbon nanotubes, onion carbon and third deionized water to the shaking mixture for stirring treatment, performing ultrasonic shaking treatment again for 20-30 minutes after stirring, subjecting bottom material again to ultrasonic vibration treatment for 8-15 minutes, introducing primer into microwave digestion apparatus for reaction for 5-8 minutes, and then adding antifoaming agent, quick-drying agent, pH regulator and water-based colorant into microwave digestion apparatus for reaction for 25-30 minutes, and then cooling down to normal temperature; and (B) making graphene heating water-based ink.
