NOVELTY - Preparing conductive graphene/inorganic polymer composite material involves mixing polymer-based composite material and graphene oxide solution in a molar ratio of 1:26-250 with stirring mechanically at 0 degrees C for 20-30 minutes to obtain printing ink. The concentration of graphene solution is 0.5-4 wt.%. USE - Method for preparing conductive graphene/inorganic polymer composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare conductive graphene/inorganic polymer composite material in simple and cost effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing conductive graphene/inorganic polymer composite material involves mixing polymer-based composite material and graphene oxide solution in a molar ratio of 1:26-250 with stirring mechanically at 0 degrees C for 20-30 minutes to obtain printing ink. The concentration of graphene solution is 0.5-4 wt.%. The graphene oxide solution is prepared by mixing 100 gram of graphite sheet, 540 milliliter of concentrated sulfuric acid and 70 milliliter of nitric acid with stirring at room temperature for 24 hours, then pumpep, filtered, washed three times with deionized water and then taken out the solid. The solid is dried at 60 degrees C for 24 hours to obtain graphite intercalation compound. The mass concentration of nitric acid is 69% and mass concentration of concentrated sulfuric acid is 95.5%. The graphite is 50 meshes graphite. The obtained graphite intercalation compound is heated at 1050 degrees C for 15 seconds to obtain expansion graphite. The obtained 1 gram expanded graphite, 200 milliliter concentrated sulfuric acid and 10 gram potassium permanganate are mixed in a three-necked bottle at normal temperature, then added 250 milliliter hydrogen peroxide solution with stirring until the solution color changed from yellow green to bright yellow for 30 minutes, pumped, filtered and washed with hydrochloric acid aqueous solution for 3 times to obtain solid. The obtained solid is put into dialysis bag. The mass concentration of concentrated sulfuric acid is 95.5% and concentration of hydrogen peroxide solution is 7.5%. The mass concentration of hydrochloric acid and aqueous solution is 9.5-10.5%. The dialysis bag is placed in deionized water for 5-7 days to measure the pH value of deionized water. If the measured pH is not 5-6, replaced deionized water and the above process is repeated to obtain graphene oxide solution. The obtained three-dimensional components is sealed on the culture plate, then heated at 15-20 degrees C with stirring for 12-24 hours. The three-dimensional components is removed from the culture dish, then heated under the protection of inert gas at 550-1000 degrees C for 30-100 minutes to obtain conductive graphene/inorganic polymer composites material.
