NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide porous film comprises mixing 0.005-0.1% graphene oxide dispersion liquid and 1% copper hydroxide (Cu(OH)2) nanowire solution at a volume ratio of 3: 1-3: 20; generating graphite oxide(GO)-Cu(OH)2 nanoline floccule suspension by polycarbonate porous film vacuum filtering; and adding 1 mM acid solution or 1-30mM hydrazine hydrate solution to GO-Cu(OH)2 porous thin film and 1 mM acid solution to obtain oxidized graphene porous membrane. The graphite alkenyl oxide porous film aperture is 1-3 nm. USE - Method of preparing graphene oxide porous film used for separating molecule or particle of 3-500 nm, preferably 2-500 nm diameter (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared graphite alkenyl oxide porous film has good separating efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene oxide porous film comprises: (A) ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide to obtain 0.005-0.1% graphene oxide dispersion liquid; (B) magnetically stirring same volume of 4 mM copper nitrate aqueous solution and 1.4 mM ethanol amine aqueous solution and uniformly mixing, then standing for 1-5 days, forming copper hydroxide (Cu(OH)2) nanowire solution; (C) mixing 0.005-0.1% graphene oxide dispersion liquid and 1% Cu(OH)2 nanowire solution at a volume ratio of 3: 1-3: 20, stirring and mixing for 5-30 minutes, generating graphite oxide(GO)-Cu(OH)2 nanoline floccule suspension by polycarbonate porous film vacuum filtering, forming 1-2 mu m thick GO-Cu (OH) porous film electrode, where the GO-Cu(OH)2 porous thin film is 1-8 nm; and (D) adding 1 mM acid solution to GO-Cu(OH)2 porous thin film to obtain oxidized graphene porous membrane, where graphite alkenyl oxide porous film aperture is 1-3 nm, or adding 1-30mM hydrazine hydrate solution to GO-Cu(OH)2 porous thin film, and 1 mM acid solution to obtain oxidized graphene porous membrane, where the graphite alkenyl oxide porous film aperture is 1-3 nm.
