NOVELTY - Preparing boron-doped graphene, comprises introducing nitrogen gas into tetrahydrofuran solvent placed in an ice bath, mixing elemental iodine substance and sodium borohydride, placing mixture into ice bath containing tetrahydrofuran solvent, completely stirring and reacting for 2-4 hours to obtain mixed solution, adding graphene tetrahydrofuran to a solution of iodo-sodium borohydride in reaction mixture, heating, reacting, completing the reaction, filtering at normal pressure, carrying out suction-filtration, washing tetrahydrofuran many times with water, and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing boron-doped graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, shortens the process time and suitable for large-scale production; and utilizes large amount of low cost raw material sources. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing boron-doped graphene, comprises introducing nitrogen gas into tetrahydrofuran solvent placed in an ice bath, mixing elemental iodine substance and sodium borohydride, placing mixture into ice bath containing tetrahydrofuran solvent, completely stirring and reacting for 2-4 hours to obtain mixed solution, adding graphene tetrahydrofuran to a solution of iodo-sodium borohydride in reaction mixture, heating at 25-120 degrees C, continuously reacting for 2-6 days, completing the reaction, filtering at normal pressure, carrying out suction-filtration, washing tetrahydrofuran many times with water, and drying.
