NOVELTY - Addition-curable two-component high-stability thermal conductive silicone composition comprises 100 pts. wt. silicone resin, 1000-3000 pts. wt. filler, 0.6-10 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.05-1.5 pts. wt. water and 0.2-6 pts. wt. catalyst as X component; and 100 pts. wt. silicone resin, 1000-3000 pts. wt. filler, 0.6-10 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.05-1.5 pts. wt. water and 0.02-0.5 pts. wt. inhibitor. USE - Used as addition-curable two-component high-stability thermal conductive silicone composition. ADVANTAGE - The thermal conductive silicone composition: has small degree of solid-liquid separation, high thermal conductivity, large amount of glue, and low thermal impedance. The preparation method has better heat conduction effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing thermal conductive silicone composition, comprising (X1) adding silicone resin, coupling agent and water into a constant temperature high-speed mixer, stirring at 40-60degrees Celsius for 30 minutes under the condition of stirring speed of 1500-3000 revolutions/minute to obtain first mixture, (X2) adding the first mixture and filler into a constant temperature kneader, kneading at 70-80degrees Celsius for 1 hour under the condition of a kneading speed of 30-50 revolutions/minute to obtain second mixture, (X3) setting the temperature of the constant temperature kneader at 140-160degrees Celsius again, and kneading for 2 hours under the condition of 30-50 revolutions/minute and cooling to obtain third mixture, (X4) adding third mixture and catalyst to a planetary mixer, maintaining the vacuum degree at less than -0.08 MPa under the temperature of 20-30degrees Celsius, stirring for 30 minutes at a stirring speed of 40-60 revolutions/minute to obtain X component; and (Y1) adding silicone resin, coupling agent and water into a constant temperature high-speed mixer, stirring at 40-60degrees Celsius for 30 minutes under the condition of stirring speed of 1500-3000 revolutions/minute to obtain fourth mixture, (Y2) adding the fourth mixture and filler into a constant temperature kneader, kneading at 70-80degrees Celsius for 1 hour under the condition of a kneading speed of 30-50 revolutions/minute to obtain fifth mixture, (Y3) setting temperature of constant temperature kneader at 100-110 again, and kneading for 2 hours under the condition of 30-50 revolutions/minute, and cooling to obtain sixth mixture, and (Y4) adding sixth mixture, inhibitor and pigment into a planetary mixer, setting the vacuum degree at less than -0.08 MPa, and stirring at 20-30degrees Celsius under stirring speed of 40-60 revolutions/minute for 30 minutes to obtain Y component.
