▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The device comprises: 100 μ l of an aqueous solution of graphene quantum dots, the aqueous solution of graphene quantum dots being drop-cast, onto fabricated screen printed carbon electrodes, with: the aqueous solution of graphene quantum dots comprising 2 g citric acid, and a 100 ml solution comprising 10 mg/ml sodium hydroxide solution; and the fabricated screen printed carbon electrodes comprising 0.9 g conductive carbon ink, and 0.5 g silver ink or silver chloride ink; 3 μ l of an anti-cardiac troponin I mix comprising 10 mM of 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide/N-hydroxy succinimide; and 3 μ l of an anti-C-reactive protein mix comprising 10 mM of 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide/N-hydroxy succinimide. The thickness of electrodeposited graphene quantum dots is 34.75 μ m. USE - The multi-analyte biosensing device is used for simultaneously detecting multiple markers of acute myocardial infarction. ADVANTAGE - The device: facilitates simultaneous detection of anti-cardiac troponin I biomarker and anti-C-reactive protein biomarker; excellent sensing responses; is stable; is repeatable; is simple in construction; and is cost-effective. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of fabricating a multi-analyte biosensing device, for simultaneously detecting multiple markers of acute myocardial infarction.
