NOVELTY - The sensor has two metal electrode plates (2, 4) fixedly arranged on a top side of a flexible substrate (1). An oxidation graphene film layer (3) is formed between the two metal electrode plates. A cover gap is formed between top surfaces of the two metal electrode plates. The flexible substrate is considered as an LCP-type flexible substrate. A corrosion metal thin layer is formed between the two metal electrode plates. USE - Flexible capacitor-type humidity sensor for use in biology and medicine fields and a wearing device. ADVANTAGE - The sensor is simple in structure, and has high sensitivity, quick response speed, small wet lag return difference and high long-term stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a flexible capacitor-type humidity sensor preparation method.
