NOVELTY - High conductivity graphene oxide melamine resin composite comprises 0.4-0.6 pt. wt. nickel hydroxide (Ni(OH)), 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. antimony tin oxide, 20-25 pts. wt. melamine, 40-45 pts. wt. 37% formaldehyde aqueous solution, 1.8-2.1 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.7-0.9 pt. wt. trifluoroethyl methacrylate, 0.7-0.9 pt. wt. polyacrylonitrile, dimethylformamide, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. polyethylene oxide, dimethylformamide/dichloromethane (1:1 volume ratio) complex solvent, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. tert-butyl hydroperoxide, citric acid, alkaline pH regulator AMP-95 (RTM: 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol) and ethanol. USE - High conductivity graphene oxide melamine resin composite. ADVANTAGE - The high conductivity graphene oxide melamine resin composite has 38-42% improvement of thermal conductivity, increased thermal stability, and good cycle stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of high conductivity graphene oxide melamine resin composite comprising dissolving polyacrylonitrile in dimethylformamide to prepare 4 wt.% solution, dissolving polyethylene oxide in dimethylformamide/dichloromethane complex solvent, formulating into 4 wt.% solution, mixing the two solutions, adding Ni(OH), antimony tin oxide and graphene oxide, uniformly stirring, adding trifluoroethyl methacrylate, tert-butyl hydroperoxide, heating at 60-70 degrees C for 1-2 hours, reacting under stirring condition, filtering, washing the filter cake with ethanol for 2-3 times, obtaining modified graphene oxide, mixing melamine and 37% formaldehyde aqueous solution, heating at 70-75 degrees C, stirring until completely dissolved, adding modified graphene oxide, stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding alkaline pH regulator i.e. AMP-95 (RTM: 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol), adjusting the pH at 8-9, reacting for 3-4 hours, obtaining graphene oxide melamine resin prepolymer, placing in 30 degrees C vacuum drying oven, adjusting the pH at 5-6 using citric acid, oven drying at 50 degrees C, molding and curing for 8-9 hours, and obtaining the product.
