NOVELTY - High-density polyethylene pipe material comprises 100 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene, 3-8 pts. wt. electric conduction nano graphene, 25-40 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 6-14 pts. wt. decabromodiphenyl oxide, 7-15 pts. wt. antimony trioxide, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. acetophenone, and 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol, where the high-density polyethylene is used as a base material, and the pipe material is added with additive for increasing antistatic property, flame retardancy, oxidation resistance and impact resistance. USE - Used as high-density polyethylene pipe material. ADVANTAGE - The pipe material: is added with additive for increasing antistatic property, flame retardancy, oxidation resistance and impact resistance (claimed); and is further added with an antistatic agent, a toughening agent, a flame retardant, a light stabilizer and an antioxidant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the high-density polyethylene pipe material, comprising taking 50 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene, 3-8 pts. wt. electric conduction nano graphene, 25-40 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 6-14 pts. wt. decabromodiphenyl oxide, 7-15 pts. wt. antimony trioxide, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. acetophenone, and 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol in a high-speed mixer, stirring for 10-15 minutes, adding the mixed material in an extruder, extruding at screw section temperature of 150-220 degrees C, cutting the extruded material, drying, and cooling to obtain antistatic high-toughness masterbatch, then mixing the masterbatch and remaining amount of high-density polyethylene, adding in the extruder, where length-diameter ratio of the extruder is 30, extruding at screw section temperature of 140-200 degrees C, heating the mixed material at high-temperature, under screw rod rotation condition, fully mixing and extruding, die-molding the extruded material, cooling, performing traction, and cutting to obtain the pipe material.
