▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Aqueous inorganic zinc-enriched anticorrosive paint comprises 30-50 wt.% silicate solution, 45-70 wt.% two-dimensional barrier material and 0-5 wt.% paint auxiliary agent, where the modulus of the silicate is greater than or equal to 4, the two-dimensional barrier material comprises modified flake zinc powder, modified sericite and graphene, the modified flake zinc powder is prepared by modifying flake zinc powder by a surface modifier, the modified sericite is prepared by modifying a sericite by surface modifier and the surface modifier is organosilane coupling agent. USE - Used as aqueous inorganic zinc-enriched anticorrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint achieves the effects of both low zinc powder addition and excellent corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aqueous inorganic zinc-enriched anticorrosive paint comprising (i) preparing hydrolyzate of surface modifier, (ii) adding flake zinc powder and sericite into the hydrolyzate of the surface modifier, and stirring at 60-80 degrees C to obtain modified flake zinc powder and modified sericite, (iii) mixing the modified flake zinc powder and modified sericite with graphene and paint auxiliary agent, then gradually adding into the silicate solution to obtain final product.
