NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene doped metal oxide anodes involves selecting titanium as substrate, sandblasting silicon carbide in substrate, rinsing, placing in acetone, putting in oxalic acid, etching, rinsing and drying; dissolving graphene in polyol solution, dispersing; adding metal oxide precursor salt solution in graphene polyol solution and stirring to get anode coating solution; and brushing anode coating solution in surface of substrate, drying , placing in furnace, cooling, repeating brushing, drying, sintering and cooling steps, and brushing, drying and sintering for the last time. USE - Method for preparing graphene doped metal oxide anodes (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, easy to operate, electrochemical activity points, high electro-catalytic activity, large discharge flow, long lasting, and improves overall performance of anode. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene doped metal oxide anodes involves selecting titanium with greater than 99% purity as titanium substrate, sandblasting 110-130 mu m silicon carbide in titanium substrate, rinsing with distilled water to remove residual sand and metal scraps, placing in acetone to remove oil, putting in 8-12 wt.% oxalic acid, etching for 1-2 hours, rinsing with boiling distilled water to get uniform surface roughness of 1.5-3.5 mu m, drying uniformly with ethanol and reserving; dissolving 0.1-3 g/L graphene in polyol solution, ultrasonic dispersing for 20-60 minutes in ultrasonic cleaner; adding 0.2-0.35 mol/L metal oxide precursor salt solution in graphene polyol solution and magnetic stirring until uniformly mixed to get anode coating solution; and brushing anode coating solution of third step in surface of titanium substrate of first step, drying titanium substrate in oven for 10-20 minutes at 100-130 degrees C, placing in sintering furnace for 10-20 minutes at 450-550 degrees C, cooling to room temperature, repeating brushing, drying, sintering and cooling steps until metal oxide support reaches 10-30 g/m2, and brushing, drying and sintering for the last time for 1-1.5 hours at 450-550 degrees C.
