NOVELTY - Flame retardant cable material comprises 20-30 pts. wt. polyolefin elastomer, 8-15 pts. wt. butylbenzene rubber, 7-14 pts. wt. natural rubber, 3-6 pts. wt. polyurethane, 4-9 pts. wt. trioctyl trimellitate, 1-2 pts. wt. stearic acid, 5-10 pts. wt. dioctyl phthalate, 7-12 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 1-2 pts. wt. modified graphene, 3-6 pts. wt. modified montmorillonite, 1-4 pts. wt. calcium stearate, 2-3 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 1-3 pts. wt. diantimony trioxide, 2-6 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 2-5 pts. wt. carbon black, 1-4 pts. wt. plasticizer, and 2-4 pts. wt. ultraviolet absorbent. USE - Flame retardant cable material. ADVANTAGE - The flame retardant cable material has good flame retardant property, good weather resistance, thermal stability, and is suitable for multiple occasions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing flame retardant cable material, which involves: (A) weighing polyolefin elastomer, butylbenzene rubber, natural rubber, polyurethane, trioctyl trimellitate, stearic acid, dioctyl, aluminum hydroxide, modified graphene, modified montmorillonite, calcium stearate, zinc stearate, diantimony trioxide, antioxidant, carbon black, plasticizer, and ultraviolet absorbent; (B) mixing polyolefin elastomer, butylbenzene rubber, and natural rubber into internal mixer for plasticating, and cooling to normal temperature; (C) plasticating the polyolefin elastomer, butylbenzene rubber, and natural rubber and mixing for 5-10 minutes at 85-95 degrees C; (D) adding water to obtained mixture and adding polyurethane and trioctyl trimellitate, mixing for 10-20 minutes at 100-120 degrees C; (E) adding stearic acid in the obtained mixture and mixing with dioctyl phthalate, aluminum hydroxide, modified graphene, modified montmorillonite, calcium stearate, zinc stearate, diantimony trioxide, antioxidant, carbon black, plasticizer, and ultraviolet absorbent for 5-8 minutes, at mixing temperature of 70-80 degrees C; and (F) cooling obtained mixture to the room temperature, and then pressing granulator to granulate to obtain final product.
