▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A humidity-sensitive carbon nanotube/graphene/organic composite flexible material preparation comprises immersing graphene in mixed acid prepared by concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid at material-liquid ratio of 1g: 180-220 mL at 68-75 degrees C for 6-8 hours, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain the graphene oxide; dispersing the graphene oxide and carbon nanotube in solvent, respectively, obtaining graphene dispersion liquid and carbon nanotube dispersion having concentration of 3-7 mg/mL; soaking the flexible substrate in the graphene dispersion liquid and carbon nanotube dispersion to obtain the carbon nanotube/graphene/organic composite flexible material. USE - The humidity-sensitive carbon nanotube/graphene/organic composite flexible material is for flexible humidity sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite flexible material has high sensitivity to humidity. The preparation method is simple, has low production cost, high efficiency, and can realize continuous and large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) humidity-sensitive carbon nanotube/graphene/organic composite flexible material obtained by above method; and (2) flexible humidity sensor, comprising the flexible material.
